BFP automation has been developing controls and user interfaces for machines for more than 10 years.
With our expertise, we help you make the right choice for your specific solution. From the selection of technology and materials to the interface that the user works with on a daily basis. In every project you can count on us to find the right balance between design and user-friendliness according to your budget.
Communication with ERP software or registration systems is indispensable in today's industry. The link between the two is increasingly happening with an API (Application Program Interface) and a .Net environment. We write this software completely custom and use a local (on-premise) database or in the cloud (SaaS).
Monitoring and analyzing process parameters is only a small and next logical step. For this we have developed our own platform with which we can build web applications and dashboards for online monitoring very efficiently. The user can create his own reports and this application is accessible via a REST API which in itself makes it possible to communicate with many other applications.
To retrieve data from various PLCs such as Schneider, Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley, etc., we use KepServer Ex via OPC UA.
LabLES: an interface program with which data from laboratory instruments is registered in a database via the browser of a laptop, tablet or smartphone.
The software was designed for R&D labs and quality control with the aim of promoting objectivity and centralizing data.
Direct access to MS Excel or BI tools via REST API (https) eliminates the need for import/export operations.
Data loggers have become indispensable for both laboratories and industrial applications. For high-tech applications we can log down to nanoseconds, but for most applications the order of milliseconds or seconds is sufficient. In some cases an alarm notification by SMS or email is required if the control and/or spec limits are exceeded.
IIoT solutions are very similar to our data logging applications as the data processing is identical. As a source, a specific sensor is used depending on the application, in combination with an IO gateway.
