PLC controls

We control machines equipped with 3D cameras, motors, compressed air valves, robots, load cells and other sensors with a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller). We usually work with Siemens S7 (TIA) and regularly with Omron or Beckhoff.

IO link and IIoT

IO link has become a standard in our machine building industry. We like to use new technologies that promote the flexibility of modifications in the future.
Sometimes it can be interesting to relate the status of stocks, the contents of cisterns or the temperature and/or relative humidity to the production process. Depending on the situation, we install suitable sensors and take care of communication. This can be done via the local network or via IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things) if no network is available at the location of the parameter to be measured.
