actware QC is usually integrated into actware LPS because both applications are complementary. The QC software can also be used as a stand-alone application to assess whether your end products meet the pre-described standards and whether they are consistent.

Quality control checklists have become indispensable in the daily production process. actware QC notifies the operator when a check is applicable. Full traceability: all information from check lists, sensors and cameras is registered with the order.

Smart camera's

Camera systems are used for inline quality control or real-time measurements. The algorithm can determine which products meet the requirements or can make decisions based on metric parameters.

Depending on the application, specific hardware is required. Simple applications can be equipped with budget-friendly cameras, complex measurements such as organic materials are processed via algorithms and AI or Deep Learning technologies.

QC checklists

Checklists, which can be completed from tablets, smartphones or desktops, with or without instructions or additional documentation, ensure that the right information is delivered to the right person at the right time. Tablets make it very easy to add photos or read barcodes.
