End User License Agreement

Use of the software provided by this application is subject to agreement with the following terms and conditions.

Installation, replication, and use of the actware LPS software is not permitted without the user's consent to the terms and conditions. Furthermore, consent to the terms and conditions shall be deemed to have been given upon the use of this software.

Definition of Software

• The software referred to in these terms and conditions includes, but is not limited to, all CAD data, computer software, smartphone app, video, related media, as well as printed material (documents including excel sheets and reports), online documents, and electronic documents.

License Rights

• All rights regarding the software, related documents, as well as copyrights of these copies shall belong to BFP-electronics.

Other Rights and Restrictions

• Users may not sell, transfer, loan or use the software for commercial purposes with the intent of making a profit.
• Users are not permitted to delete or alter copyright and intellectual property right notices.
• Users are not permitted, in part or whole, to modify, tamper, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or perform similar acts with regard to the software.
• Users must comply with applicable laws when using the software.
• BFP-electronics shall reserve all rights not specifically mentioned in these terms and conditions.
• The authorization, ownership, and intellectual rights property of the software (including copies) shall belong to the provider of the software, specifically BFP-electronics or other third parties. These terms and conditions do not transfer any rights to the user.

Termination of License

• If the user violates these terms and conditions, BFP-electronics may terminate (cancel) the license without prejudice to any other of its rights. In this case, the user shall, in accordance with these terms and conditions, lose all rights to use the software licensed by BFP-electronics, and be required to return or destroy the software (including all copies of the software).

Warranty Regulations of the Software

• The software provides no guarantees of its accuracy, completeness, suitability, usefulness, and non-infringement of third-party rights.
• BFP-electronics shall not be held responsible for any damages that occur through the use of the software or its functions, including direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or any other type of damage.
   

Others

• The user may not directly or indirectly export the software, in part or whole, without the approval of BFP-electronics.
• The contents stated in these terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
